CoolSculpting® is an innovative fat-freezing technology that uses controlled cooling, designed to safely target and kill fat cells, without damaging surrounding tissue. CoolSculpting® is FDA-cleared, safe and effective. Designated areas of treatment include the abdomen, back fat, bra fat, flanks, thighs (outer and inner,) underneath the buttocks, under the chin and upper arms.

Most patients see results after one session. The most dramatic results are usually seen one to three months after treatment. Some treatment plans may require multiple sessions. Your body is unique so a customized treatment plan will be developed during your consultation to address your specific areas of concern. Not everyone is a candidate for this procedure so the consultation is very thorough.

During the treatment, you may feel tugging, pulling and mild pinching during application. There is a vacuum action, which draws the tissue into the applicator cup. Then, the controlled cooling is delivered to the target area. You may feel intense cold but this sensation typically subsides within 10 minutes and becomes numb.

Most patients can return to their normal activities immediately after their CoolSculpting® procedure.

Note that weight gain will prevent you from appreciating your full results. Maintaining a healthy diet and exercise routine after your CoolSculpting® procedure can help prevent this.
